The Process
The Process
Every bespoke bicycle starts with the most important component, the customer. We begin with a consultation in store or online to discuss your cycling history, goals and priorities.
With all complications taken care of, we'll walk you through every customisable option leading to your dream bike. This generates an accurate build quotation where a deposit will secure the completion date of your custom frameset or complete bike.
We then offer an in-store bike fit option, or request the contact details of your previous bike fitter. This accurately yields all necessary measurements ensuring your geometry is custom and versatile for any positional changes over time.
Every geometry detail is clearly explained and confirmed by the customer before manufacturing begins.
Custom graphics and paint are a couple of the many options we can offer. Working with you closely, we'll ensure your bike is a complete one-off and exactly the finish you're dreaming of.
Next comes the build; the moment your bike is professionally assembled in store and brought to life for the very first time. We pride ourselves in the perfect finish, the installation of every component is thoroughly inspected pre-collection or delivery to guarantee your satisfaction.
During your collection we'll spend as long as necessary explaining every part of your new bike, how to get the most from it, maintain it and service it. All necessary documents will be passed over including the service log book.
There will never be a final step. We'll support you in any way possible, whether it be technical advice, access to our workshop or support on the build-up to an event. We're changing the paradigm in cycling and we would love to have you along for the ride.
