Job Role - Bicycle Mechanic And Workshop Technician

Location - Fotheringhay, Northants, UK

Salary - Up to £28,000 per annum

Hours - Full Time, Monday to Friday

Job Role Overview:

Our workshop reputation is the beating heart of the business. You'll be a huge addition to our small team, working on premium road, triathlon and MTB bicycles and components.

Initially carrying out daily workshop tasks, we'll commit to the development of your technical skills with continuous room for progression.

Essential Skills:

- A technical interest in bicycles with workshop or bicycle retail experience.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- An ability to diagnose mechanical issues with a positive outlook on a solution.

- Intrinsically dedicated to high quality work, no matter the job in-hand.

- General IT proficiency to support daily tasks and documentation.

- The ability to work effectively in a small team/business, and on your own.

Desirably Skills:

- Previous experience working in a bicycle workshop.

- A passionate and regular cyclist keen to immerse themselves in the cycling community.

Benefits:

- 33 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.

- Full time use of a demo bike upon completion of the probation period.
