Bike Fitting

Bike Fitting

The foundation of performance and comfort in cycling

Who needs a bike fit?

A bike fit is fundamental for anyone looking to ride in comfort whilst maximising efficiency and performance. It should be the first step before or after purchasing a new or second hand bike and completed as far in advance of a key event as possible.
No matter your level or ambitions in cycling we cater for everyone; bike fitting is specific to your discipline and riding goals, so book in, learn from experience and get the most out of your cycling from today onwards.

The Process

The majority of us have ridden from a very young age, to this day we still crave the purity of cycling and how free we feel adventuring out on the open road.
Occasionally however we stumble upon discomfort, any pain/ache in the upper or lower body will almost certainly be caused by poor set-up and we should never accept "it's just a part of cycling".

During our bike fits we'll guide you through the changes to your position, explaining why we recommend the change and how to re-apply yourself with correct technique, this will result in greater comfort, efficiency and improved performance.
Any changes to your position are recorded for your reference with a pre and post report to follow as standard.
